DESCRIPTION

PASTPACK 2R2 is an automatic twin-rotor filling and sealing machine with two enlarged rotary tables, designed for dosing liquid, pasty and multicomponent products into plastic cups, buckets and containers with subsequent foil sealing and optional plastic cap placing.

The machine is suitable for sour cream, yogurt, cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, dairy desserts, butter, spreads, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, tomato paste, pâté, caviar, honey, jam, chocolate paste, salads, snacks, nuts, chips, croutons, crackers and selected non-food liquid or paste products.

The key feature of PASTPACK 2R2 is the combination of two enlarged rotary tables in one machine. This configuration doubles productivity, allows filling into larger containers and makes it possible to run one rotor while the second rotor is under preventive maintenance.

PASTPACK 2R2 can fill one product into containers of different volumes or fill two different products in parallel. This is useful for manufacturers working with several product formats, several container sizes or production tasks where flexibility and high output are required.

The increased diameter of the rotary tables allows the machine to fill larger plastic containers, including buckets up to 3 liters in a single-row configuration. In a two-row configuration, several containers can be placed in one rotor position, increasing productivity per machine cycle.

PASTPACK 2R2 can be used as a standalone rotary filling and sealing machine or integrated with conveyors, pumping stations, dosing systems, cap placing units, UV treatment, HEPA filtration, inert gas injection, labeling, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for food, dairy and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
