PASTPACK 4R is a high-speed automatic rotary filling and sealing machine designed for dosing liquid, pasty and multicomponent products into plastic cups and containers with subsequent foil sealing and optional plastic cap placing.
The machine is suitable for sour cream, yogurt, cream, dairy desserts, cottage cheese, curd products, processed cheese, butter, spreads, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, tomato paste, pâté, caviar, honey, jam, chocolate paste, snacks, nuts, croutons, crackers and selected non-food liquid or paste products.
The key feature of PASTPACK 4R is its four-lane rotary configuration. Four container slots in one rotor position allow the machine to multiply output and reach up to 130 packs per minute while maintaining compact dimensions compared with machines using a 4×1 slot arrangement.
PASTPACK 4R is designed for high-output production of food products in plastic cups and containers. The machine can process liquid and pasty products with soft, easily deformable inclusions up to 10 mm, making it suitable for dairy products with fillings, desserts, sauces, spreads and complex multicomponent products.
The upgraded PASTPACK 4RM version can include an increased number of servo drives on key units, improving machine performance, movement accuracy and durability. Servo drives with regenerative braking help reduce energy consumption, while the control system supports integration with industrial network interfaces.
PASTPACK 4R can be supplied in Ultra Clean configuration with sterile air supply, closed chambers, UV container treatment, hydrogen peroxide chamber treatment and HEPA filtration. The machine can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into complete filling, sealing, capping and downstream packaging lines for food, dairy and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

PASTPACK 4R can be configured for high-speed filling of plastic cups and containers, including products with several components, different viscosities and strict hygiene requirements.
Four-slot placement in 2×2 groups helps reduce the rotary table diameter compared with similar machines using a 4×1 arrangement. This makes the machine more compact and helps reduce energy consumption while maintaining high output.
