Sour Cream and Cream Filling Machines
SIGITASPAK supplies sour cream filling machines for sour cream, cream, qishta and other pasty dairy products. Products are filled into cups and containers on PASTPACK rotary and linear machines, or into pillow bags on vertical packaging machines.
Fast selection logic:
- Product: sour cream, cream, qishta; fat content and viscosity.
- Package: cup with foil lid and cap, container or bucket up to 3 L, pillow bag.
- Output: from 40 cycles/min on compact machines to 210 packs/min on multi-lane lines.
1) Sour cream and cream in cups and containers
- PASTPACK R — compact rotary machine, up to 40 cycles/min (servo)
- PASTPACK 4R — high-speed rotary, up to 130 packs/min, Ultra Clean version
- PASTPACK R2 and PASTPACK 2R2 — containers and buckets up to 3 L, up to 35 / 70 cycles/min (servo)
- PASTPACK L and PASTPACK 6L — linear machines, up to 35 cycles/min and up to 210 packs/min (servo)
A typical line includes cup feeding, volumetric piston dosing, foil sealing, optional plastic cap placing and date printing.
2) Sour cream in pillow bags
For the most economical package, sour cream and cream are packed into pillow bags on PITPACK liquid packaging machines.
