PASTPACK L Linear Filling and Sealing Machine

DESCRIPTION

PASTPACK L is an automatic linear filling and sealing machine designed for dosing liquid, pasty and multicomponent products into plastic cups and containers with subsequent foil sealing and optional plastic cap placing.

The machine is suitable for sour cream, yogurt, cream, dairy desserts, cottage cheese, cream cheese, curd products, butter, spreads, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, tomato paste, honey, jam, chocolate paste, pâté, caviar, salads, snacks and selected non-food liquid or paste products.

The key advantage of PASTPACK L is its linear layout. The machine can be equipped with several fillers and additional units at the same time, making it suitable for complex products, multicomponent filling and flexible production lines.

PASTPACK L can process liquid and pasty products with soft, easily deformable inclusions up to 10 mm. The linear configuration provides enough space for additional dosing systems, foil placing, foil sealing, UV treatment, date printing, cap placing and discharge equipment.

The machine can be supplied with pneumatic, electromechanical or servo-driven carriage transport system. The servo version provides higher performance, improved movement dynamics, longer mechanical lifetime and speed adjustment from the control panel for easier integration into production lines.

PASTPACK L can be used as a standalone linear filling and sealing machine or integrated with dosing systems, pumping stations, conveyors, cap placing units, roll-fed film sealing, labeling, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for dairy, food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
