PASTPACK 6L is an automatic six-row linear filling and sealing machine designed for dosing liquid, pasty and multicomponent products into plastic cups and containers with subsequent foil sealing and optional plastic cap placing.
The machine is suitable for sour cream, yogurt, cream, dairy desserts, cottage cheese, cream cheese, curd products, butter, spreads, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, tomato paste, honey, jam, chocolate paste, pâté, caviar, salads, snacks and selected non-food liquid or paste products.
The key advantage of PASTPACK 6L is its six-row linear layout. The machine produces up to six packages per working cycle and reaches up to 210 packages per minute in servo configuration, making it suitable for high-output dairy and food production lines.
PASTPACK 6L can process liquid and pasty products with soft, easily deformable inclusions up to 10 mm. The linear layout allows several fillers and optional units to be installed simultaneously, including foil placing, foil sealing, UV treatment, date printing, plastic cap placing, discharge conveyors and additional dosing systems.
In the servo-driven version, the carriage transport system provides higher performance, improved motion dynamics and longer service life of the mechanism. The machine can be configured for fully automated production lines and Ultra Clean applications where hygienic packaging conditions are required.
PASTPACK 6L can be used as a standalone six-row filling and sealing machine or integrated with dosing systems, pumping stations, conveyors, cap placing units, roll-fed film sealing, labeling, date coding, group packaging and downstream equipment for dairy, food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

PASTPACK 6L can be configured for high-speed six-row filling, Ultra Clean production environments, multicomponent products and integration into complete automatic filling and packaging lines.
The six-row layout provides up to 210 packages per minute in servo configuration. Ultra Clean versions can include sterile air supply, HEPA filtration, chamber treatment, container and foil treatment, CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization adaptation.
