The automatic machine of linear type PASTPACK 8L is intended for batch filling into plastic containers of various shapes and sizes of liquid and pasty products containing soft, easy deformable additives of up to 10 mm in size with subsequent foil sealing and plastic lid capping.

The arrangement of slots in 6 rows provides high machine capacity. In the "Servo" configuration, the servo-drive with servo gear is installed on the transportation system, which ensures high performance, the best dynamics of movement and the mechanism longevity.


  • Equipping the product supply tank with a sterile air blowing system to preserve the microbiological parameters of the product
  • Closed camera at positions of container disinfection, product filling, packing and sealing with foil for protection from the external environment
  • Supplying the camera with sterile air, purified from microorganisms and bacteria by means of HEPA filter (class H14)
  • Camera treatment with 30% hydrogen peroxide solution
  • Containers treatment (cups and foil) with hydrogen peroxide vapor followed by drying with hot sterile air and ventilation of the treatment area
