Milk, Laban and Camel Milk Filling Machines
SIGITASPAK supplies milk filling machines and complete lines for cow milk, camel milk, laban, ayran, kefir, drinking yogurt and other liquid dairy products. The right line depends on the package: PET or glass bottles, gable top cartons or pillow bags.
Fast selection logic for a milk filling line:
- Product: fresh or long-life milk, camel milk, laban, flavored milk, drinking yogurt.
- Package: PET bottle 0.5–2 L, glass bottle, gable top carton 0.25–1 L, pillow bag.
- Output: from about 1,500 to 9,000 bottles per hour, up to 6,000 cartons per hour, up to 84 pillow bags per minute.
- Line scope: labeling, coding, shrink wrapping, case packing, palletizing, CIP cleaning.

- Closing — capping of bottles, heat sealing of cartons and bags.
- Marking and end of line — date coding, labeling, group packing, case packing, palletizing.
