PITPACK MZH 5000 is a two-lane vertical form-fill-seal machine designed for high-speed dosing and packaging of liquid and pasty products into heat-sealable pillow bags formed from roll-fed polyethylene film.
The machine is suitable for milk, kefir, ryazhenka, yogurt, sour cream, cream, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, sauces, jam and other liquid or viscous food products. It can also be used for selected non-food liquids, including liquid soap, washing fluids and household chemical products.
The key feature of PITPACK MZH 5000 is its two-lane configuration. The machine combines two basic liquid packaging modules in one structure with a common control system, providing doubled output while maintaining compact dimensions and convenient maintenance.
PITPACK MZH 5000 forms three-seam pillow bags from roll-fed film, doses the product through two volumetric piston fillers, removes excess air from the package, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts the finished bags.
The machine can operate with printed film by photo mark or without photo mark in floating design mode. Date marking can be applied to different areas of the package depending on the selected printing configuration.
The stainless steel structure, UV film treatment, film stabilization unit, defoaming system, excess air removal system, vacuum ejector and CIP-cleaning adaptation make the machine suitable for dairy and food production environments.
PITPACK MZH 5000 can be used as a standalone high-speed liquid packaging machine or integrated with product feeding systems, discharge conveyors, CIP systems, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for dairy, food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
