DESCRIPTION

PITPACK SMART IN STAINLESS STEEL is a vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for dosing and packaging dairy products, curd products and cheese products into pillow bags and flat-bottom bags formed from roll-fed heat-sealable film.

The machine is suitable for milk, curd, curd mass, cottage cheese, grated cheese and cheese products in liquid medium, including mozzarella balls with brine filling. The stainless steel design makes the machine suitable for dairy production environments where hygienic operation and easy cleaning are important.

The key feature of PITPACK SMART IN STAINLESS STEEL is careful dosing of dairy products with different consistency. The machine can work with liquid, pasty, granular and loose dairy products while helping preserve product structure and package appearance.

PITPACK SMART forms a three-seam package from roll-fed film, doses the product, removes excess air from the package, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts the finished bag. The machine can produce pillow bags and flat-bottom bags depending on the selected forming unit.

The standard stainless steel version is equipped with a curd dosing system, UV film treatment, forced film unwinding, film pulling unit, photo mark sensor, seam cooling and a control system adapted for operation with different dosing systems.

PITPACK SMART IN STAINLESS STEEL can be used as a standalone dairy packaging machine or integrated with dosing systems, brine filling systems, discharge conveyors, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for dairy and cheese manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
