PITPACK M1 is a vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for large-dose packaging of liquid, viscous and pasty products into heat-sealable bags formed from roll-fed film.
The machine is suitable for condensed milk, water, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sour cream, cream, jam, sauces, liquid detergents and other food or non-food liquid products that require large flexible packaging formats.
The key feature of PITPACK M1 is packaging of large product doses up to 25 liters. The machine can produce wide heat-sealed bags up to 500 mm and can be equipped with dosing systems for liquid, viscous or bulk products depending on the production task.
PITPACK M1 forms a large-format package from roll-fed film, doses the product, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts the finished bag. The four-side sealing principle helps produce large, stable packages suitable for transportation, storage and industrial supply.
The machine can work with polyethylene, polypropylene, laminated films, barrier films and frost-resistant films. It can be configured with liquid fillers, volumetric dosing systems or other dosing equipment depending on product consistency and target dose.
PITPACK M1 can be used as a standalone large-dose packaging machine or integrated with product feeding systems, dosing equipment, discharge conveyors, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for dairy, food, household chemical and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
