PITPACK MZH Curd and Dairy Packaging Machine
PITPACK MZH is a vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for dosing and packaging cottage cheese, curd products and dairy products into pillow bags formed from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for granular cottage cheese, curd mass and similar dairy products that require careful dosing, stable package forming and reliable sealing. The equipment can work with products that have a pronounced fractional structure and require gentle handling during packaging.
The key feature of PITPACK MZH is its adaptation for cottage cheese packaging. The machine can package granular curd products into three-seam pillow bags while preserving product structure and providing stable package geometry for retail sale.
PITPACK MZH forms a package from roll-fed film, doses the product, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts the finished bag. The machine can work with polyethylene, polypropylene, laminated films, barrier films and frost-resistant films depending on product shelf-life and storage requirements.
The machine can be configured with different dosing systems and additional units for film stabilization, photo mark control, air removal, seam blowing, flat-bottom forming, side gusset forming, hole punching, static electricity removal and inert gas injection.
