TRIBLOCK TF 9000 is a high-speed automatic rinsing, filling and capping machine designed for liquid food products packed into PET and HDPE bottles.
The machine is suitable for filling milk, kefir, fermented dairy products, yogurt, cream, whey, dairy-based beverages, still water, juice drinks, isotonic drinks and other low-viscosity non-carbonated products into bottles with plastic screw caps.
TRIBLOCK TF 9000 combines three technological operations in one enclosed monoblock: bottle rinsing, product filling and bottle capping. This configuration is designed for industrial filling lines with capacity up to 9,000 bottles per hour.
Bottle rinsing is used for hygienic preparation of containers before filling. The rinsing process can be performed with sterile water, ozonated water or disinfectant solutions, including two-stage rinsing configurations depending on production requirements.
Filling is performed by non-contact dosing with weight-based control. Flowmeter-based filling can also be used depending on the product and line configuration. Filling parameters are set from the operator panel, with recipe storage for different products and bottle formats.
The capping unit applies plastic screw caps using a Pick&Place system. Cap treatment with UV radiation or disinfectant solutions can be added to improve hygiene level. Magnetic clutches with adjustable torque help provide stable cap tightening.
TRIBLOCK TF 9000 is suitable for dairy and beverage manufacturers that require high output, hygienic filling, accurate dosing and stable bottle handling. The machine can be integrated into complete filling lines with bottle feeding, labeling, date coding, shrink wrapping, conveyors and downstream packaging equipment.
