DESCRIPTION

TRIBLOCK TF 3000 is an automatic rinsing, filling and capping machine designed for liquid and viscous dairy products packed into PET bottles.

The machine is suitable for filling milk, kefir, fermented dairy products, yogurt, cream and liquid products with inclusions into PET bottles with plastic screw caps with tamper-evident rings or twist-off closures.

TRIBLOCK TF 3000 combines three technological operations in one compact monoblock: bottle rinsing, product filling and bottle capping. The monoblock layout provides precise synchronization between all units, reduces the footprint of the line and supports stable continuous operation at up to 3,000 bottles per hour.

Product-contact parts are made from corrosion-resistant food-grade materials suitable for hygienic dairy production. The filling process is based on non-contact dosing, helping maintain product quality and reduce contamination risks during operation.

The machine can be configured for stricter hygiene requirements with a closed chamber, sterile air supply, UV treatment of caps and bottle necks, and washing or disinfection systems for the machine chamber and dosing section.

TRIBLOCK TF 3000 is suitable for dairy plants and liquid food manufacturers that need a compact and reliable PET bottle filling solution. The machine can be integrated into complete filling lines with bottle feeding, labeling, date coding, shrink wrapping, conveyors and downstream packaging equipment.
