FILLING LINE 6000 is an automatic linear filling and capping line designed for liquid and pasty products packed into ready-made rigid containers, including PET bottles, glass bottles, jars, cans and canisters.
The line is suitable for filling milk, kefir, fermented dairy products, yogurt, syrups, juices, water, vegetable oil, ketchup, sauces, liquid detergents, shampoos, bleach and other food or non-food liquid products.
FILLING LINE 6000 is a higher-capacity modular solution for manufacturers that need flexible filling into plastic or glass containers. The line combines linear modules for bottle treatment, filling and capping, connected by conveyors and arranged according to the production layout.
The line can work with PET and glass containers with volume up to 10 liters upon request. The filling module can be configured with volumetric or flowmeter-based dosing, while the capping module works with plastic screw caps with tamper-evident rings or twist-off closures.
The modular construction allows the equipment to be adapted to the available production space and connected with additional equipment such as PET preform moulding machines, bottle feeding systems, labeling machines, inkjet printers, shrink wrapping machines and pallet wrapping equipment.
FILLING LINE 6000 is suitable for dairy, beverage, sauce, oil, household chemical and non-food manufacturers that need a flexible filling line for PET, glass and other rigid containers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

FILLING LINE 6000 can be configured with different rinsing, filling, capping, labeling and downstream packaging modules depending on the product type, container format and required line capacity.
The Ultra Clean version can include bottle treatment, sterile air supply, HEPA-filtered clean air zones, cap UV treatment and chamber disinfection systems for higher hygiene requirements in dairy and beverage production.

Ultra Clean version:
- Hopper with sterile air supply to help maintain microbiological product parameters
