DESCRIPTION

TRIBLOCK TF 6000 is an automatic rinsing, filling and capping machine designed for liquid and viscous dairy products packed into PET bottles.

The machine is suitable for filling milk, kefir, fermented dairy products, yogurt, cream and liquid products with inclusions into PET bottles with plastic screw caps with tamper-evident rings or twist-off closures.

TRIBLOCK TF 6000 combines three technological operations in one compact monoblock: bottle rinsing, product filling and bottle capping. The machine is designed for continuous dairy production with capacity up to 6,000 bottles per hour.

Bottle rinsing is used to remove production and transport contamination from the inner bottle surface. Rinsing can be performed with ozonated water, and an optional two-stage rinsing system can be configured with disinfectant solution and water.

Filling is performed by weight dosing or, optionally, by electromagnetic flow meters. The product dose is set from the machine control panel and can be adjusted according to the required bottle format and product type.

The capping unit automatically feeds and applies plastic screw caps with tamper-evident rings. UV cap treatment before capping and optional bottle neck treatment can be used to improve hygiene level in dairy and beverage production.

TRIBLOCK TF 6000 can be integrated into complete filling lines with bottle feeding, labeling, date coding, shrink wrapping, conveyors and downstream packaging equipment for dairy and beverage manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
