DESCRIPTION

TRIBLOCK TF 2000 is an automatic rinsing, filling and capping machine designed for liquid and viscous products packed into PET bottles.

The machine is suitable for filling still water, non-carbonated beverages, milk, kefir, fermented dairy products, yogurt, cream and liquid products with inclusions into PET bottles with plastic screw caps with tamper-evident rings or twist-off closures.

TRIBLOCK TF 2000 combines three technological operations in one compact monoblock: bottle rinsing, product filling and bottle capping. This configuration provides accurate synchronization between all units, reduces the footprint of the filling line and simplifies operation and maintenance.

The machine is designed for continuous operation and can be used for products that require hygienic filling, stable dosing accuracy and reliable bottle handling. Product-contact parts are made from corrosion-resistant food-grade materials suitable for beverage and dairy production.

The monoblock layout supports stricter hygiene requirements due to the closed working area and synchronized operation of the rinsing, filling and capping units. Optional systems can be added for sterile air supply, UV cap treatment, bottle neck treatment and automated washing or disinfection of the machine area.

TRIBLOCK TF 2000 is suitable for dairy plants, beverage producers and manufacturers of liquid food products that need a compact filling solution for PET bottles with capacity up to 2,000 bottles per hour. The machine can be integrated into complete filling lines with bottle feeding, labeling, date coding, shrink wrapping, conveyors and downstream packaging equipment.
