TRIBLOCK TF 1000 BV
TRIBLOCK TF 1000 BV is an automatic filling and capping machine designed for still water and other liquid products packed into large-volume PET bottles.
The machine is suitable for filling still water, edible oil, household chemical liquids, windshield washer fluids, antifreeze and other non-carbonated liquid products into PET bottles with plastic screw caps with tamper-evident rings or twist-off closures.
TRIBLOCK TF 1000 BV is designed for large bottle formats. The machine combines two key technological operations in one compact monoblock: product filling and bottle capping. This layout provides accurate synchronization between the main units, reduces line footprint and simplifies operation.
The filling process is designed for continuous operation and can be configured for weight-based dosing, providing stable filling accuracy for large-volume PET bottles. Product-contact parts are made from corrosion-resistant food-grade materials suitable for hygienic liquid filling applications.
The machine supports bottle feeding manually or from a pneumatic conveyor. Control logic includes “no bottle — no filling”, “no bottle — no capping” and “no cap — no capping” functions, helping reduce product loss, prevent incorrect cycles and improve production stability.
TRIBLOCK TF 1000 BV is suitable for beverage, water, edible oil, household chemical and technical liquid manufacturers that need reliable filling of large PET bottles. The machine can be integrated into complete lines with bottle feeding, labeling, date coding, shrink wrapping, conveyors and downstream packaging equipment.

TRIBLOCK TF 1000 BV can be configured according to the bottle size, cap type, product category and hygiene requirements of the production line.
