TRIBLOCK TF 1000 is an automatic rinsing, filling and capping machine designed for liquid and viscous dairy products packed into PET bottles.
The machine is suitable for filling milk, kefir, yogurt, drinking dairy products, cream and other liquid or viscous products into PET bottles with plastic screw caps with tamper-evident rings or twist-off closures.
TRIBLOCK TF 1000 combines three technological operations in one compact monoblock: bottle rinsing, product filling and bottle capping. This layout provides accurate synchronization between all units, reduces the footprint of the line and simplifies machine operation and maintenance.
The filling system is designed for continuous operation and can work with volumetric or weighing-based filling configurations depending on the product and production requirements. Product-contact parts are made from corrosion-resistant food-grade materials suitable for hygienic dairy production.
The monoblock configuration helps manufacturers maintain stable filling quality, precise container handling and reliable cap application. The enclosed machine layout can be adapted for stricter hygiene requirements, including sterile air supply, UV cap treatment and washing or disinfection systems.
TRIBLOCK TF 1000 is suitable for dairy producers and beverage manufacturers that need a compact filling solution for PET bottles with capacity up to 1,500 bottles per hour.
