TF-RPP 1800 Gable Top Carton Filling Machine
TF-RPP 1800 is an automatic linear-rotary filling machine designed for liquid food products packed into rectangular gable top cartons made from high-density cardboard with double-sided polyethylene coating.
The machine is suitable for milk, kefir, baked milk, yogurt, cream, sour cream, juices, fruit drinks, concentrates, wine and other liquid products packed in gable top carton formats such as Pure-Pak®, Tetra Rex® and Diamond Curve®.
TF-RPP 1800 performs the full packaging cycle: carton forming from flat blanks, optional cap welding, accurate volumetric filling, hermetic sealing and date or batch marking. This makes the machine suitable for dairy and beverage manufacturers that need stable gable top carton packaging with reliable sealing quality.
The line uses a carousel-linear operating principle and combines carton transport, dosing, foam removal, sealing and marking in one automated system. The machine is designed for production capacity up to 2,000 packages per hour and supports dose volumes from 0.25 to 1 liter.
Product-contact parts are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The dosing system is adapted for CIP cleaning, allowing internal surfaces and chambers to be rinsed without full disassembly. Optional clean-environment filtration and CIP equipment can be added depending on the required hygiene level.
TF-RPP 1800 can be integrated with conveyors, cap welding, date coding, shrink wrapping and downstream packaging equipment for dairy plants, beverage producers and food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
