TF-RPP 3000 Gable Top Carton Filling Machine
TF-RPP 3000 is an automatic linear-rotary filling machine designed for liquid food products packed into rectangular gable top cartons made from high-density cardboard with double-sided polyethylene coating.
The machine is suitable for milk, kefir, baked milk, yogurt, cream, sour cream, juices, fruit drinks, concentrates, wine, syrups and other liquid products packed in gable top carton formats such as Pure-Pak®, Tetra Rex® and Diamond Curve®.
TF-RPP 3000 performs the complete gable top carton packaging cycle: carton forming from flat blanks, optional spout welding, accurate volumetric filling, hermetic sealing and date or batch marking. The machine is designed for dairy and beverage manufacturers that need stable carton geometry, hygienic filling and reliable sealing quality.
The machine uses a carousel-linear operating principle and provides production capacity up to 3,000 packages per hour. The filling range from 0.25 to 1 liter makes it suitable for standard retail gable top carton formats used in dairy, juice and beverage production.
The Ultra Clean version allows filling and packaging in a cleaner production environment. It can include closed chambers, sterile air supply through HEPA H14 filters, hydrogen peroxide treatment of cartons, hot sterile air drying, ventilation and UV treatment of caps.
TF-RPP 3000 can be integrated with conveyors, cap welding, CIP cleaning, date coding, shrink wrapping and downstream packaging equipment for dairy plants, beverage producers and food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
