Yogurt Filling Machines
SIGITASPAK supplies yogurt filling machines for set and stirred yogurt, zabadi, fruit yogurt and dairy desserts in cups and containers, as well as lines for drinking yogurt. PASTPACK rotary and linear machines dose the product, seal the cup with foil and add a plastic cap if required.

- Output: from compact machines up to 40 cycles/min to multi-lane lines up to 210 packs/min.
- Shelf life and hygiene: UV treatment, inert gas, Ultra Clean version.
1) Packaging formats for yogurt
2) How a yogurt cup filling line works
- Cup feeding — cups are placed into the rotary table or linear carriage; UV treatment of cups.
- Dosing — volumetric piston filler; additional dosing for fruit layer or two-component products.
- Sealing — foil lid placing and sealing, or roll-fed film with contour cutting.
- Closing and coding — optional plastic cap, date printing.
- End of line — checkweighing, group packing, case packing, palletizing.
