PASTPACK RP Rotary Filling Machine for Two-Color Pastes
PASTPACK RP is a rotary filling and packaging machine designed for dosing one-color and two-color paste products into cups, PET jars and glass jars with a spiral filling pattern.
The machine is suitable for chocolate cream, nut paste, peanut butter, chocolate-milk paste, cream cheese with jam, curd desserts, pâté, caviar and other paste products where accurate dosing, attractive product presentation and stable packaging quality are required.
The key feature of PASTPACK RP is decorative spiral filling. The machine can dose single-color or two-color paste masses into one container, forming visible spiral stripes that improve product presentation for retail packaging.
PASTPACK RP works with glass jars, PET jars and plastic cups. After filling, the package can be sealed with an aluminum foil lid and closed with a plastic overcap or twist-off lid depending on the container format and selected configuration.
The machine uses a set of fillers with product hoppers, agitators and screw pumps for stable dosing of paste products. Hopper heating can be used for products that require temperature control during filling, such as chocolate spreads, nut pastes or dense dessert masses.
PASTPACK RP can be used as a standalone rotary filling machine or integrated with discharge conveyors, UV treatment, cap placing, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

PASTPACK RP can be configured for different paste products, container formats and closing methods, including foil sealing, plastic overcap placing and twist-off lid capping for glass jars.
