PITPACK TWIN Twin-Lane VFFS Packaging Machine
PITPACK TWIN is a high-speed twin-lane vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for packing bulk, granular, free-flowing and selected piece products into bags formed from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for cereals, pasta, snacks, chips, crispbread, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, nuts, croutons, frozen products, dry mixes, pet food, construction mixtures and other food or non-food products that require high-speed VFFS packaging.
The key feature of PITPACK TWIN is its twin-lane configuration. Two independent packaging streams in one compact machine allow manufacturers to reach up to 180 packages per minute while saving production space compared with two separate VFFS machines.
Each lane can operate independently, which makes it possible to pack one product at high speed or run two different products in parallel depending on the dosing system and production task. This improves line flexibility and helps reduce downtime in multi-product production.
Servo drives on the main units provide accurate film pulling, stable transverse sealing and precise package forming. The machine can work with pillow bags, flat-bottom bags and other package configurations depending on the selected forming and sealing options.
PITPACK TWIN can be integrated with weighing systems, volumetric dosing systems, feeding conveyors, dust aspiration systems, date coding, gas injection and downstream packaging equipment for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
