PITPACK is a compact vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for automated packaging of loose, free-flowing, powdery, granulated and small-piece products into three-seam bags made from heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for packaging sugar, salt, grains, cereals, spices, tea, coffee, snacks, frozen products, detergents and other food or non-food materials. PITPACK can be integrated with different dosing systems, including volumetric, weighing, auger and combination weighing fillers.
PITPACK is an economical VFFS packaging machine with compact dimensions, simple operation and mechanical speed up to 45 cycles per minute. It is suitable for manufacturers that need reliable powder and free-flowing product packaging without installing a large-scale packaging line.
The machine forms bags from roll-fed heat-sealable film, pulls the film through the forming unit, creates longitudinal and cross seals, fills the product through the product tube and separates the finished package. Depending on the configuration, PITPACK can produce pillow bags, bags with side folds, flat bottom bags and pyramid bags.
PITPACK can operate with printed film using a photo mark sensing system or without a photocell in a “floating” design mode. Optional modules allow the machine to work with special package formats, dusty products, inert gas injection, impulse sealing and static charge control.
The machine is designed for continuous industrial operation and flexible integration into automated packaging lines for food, grocery, chemical and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

PITPACK can be configured with different forming, sealing, marking and product handling units depending on the product type, film material and required package format.
The basic configuration includes all main units required for vertical bag forming, film pulling, sealing and control. Optional modules expand the machine for special package shapes, printed film, dusty products and modified atmosphere packaging.
