DESCRIPTION

PITPACK M8 is a vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for large-dose packaging of food and non-food bulk products into bags formed from roll-fed heat-sealable polymer film.

The machine is suitable for cereals, breakfast cereals, salt, sugar, pasta, starch, soda, cocoa powder, milk powder, pet food, soil, fertilizers, dry mixes and other bulk or granular products that require large-volume packaging.

The key feature of PITPACK M8 is packaging into large bags with volume up to 25 liters. The machine is suitable for manufacturers that need industrial VFFS equipment for large product doses, bulky products and heavy retail or transport packages.

PITPACK M8 forms packages from roll-fed film, doses the product, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts the finished bag. Depending on the selected options, the machine can produce pillow bags, four-edge sealed bags, flat-bottom bags, bags with ZIP-lock, Euro-hole, 3-finger handle or other functional packaging elements.

The servo-driven film pulling system provides stable film movement and accurate bag length control. The machine can work with wide film reels up to 1050 mm and is suitable for large-format packaging where stable film handling and reliable sealing are critical.

PITPACK M8 can be used as a standalone large-dose VFFS packaging machine or integrated with weighing systems, feeding conveyors, aspiration systems, label applicators and downstream packaging equipment for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
