PITPACK M is a vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for automated packaging of loose, free-flowing, powdery, granulated, small-piece and frozen products into three-seam bags made from heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for packaging grains, sugar, salt, pasta, dry mixes, milk powder, starch, cocoa powder, snacks, nuts, frozen vegetables, dumplings, seafood, detergents and other food or non-food products. PITPACK M can be integrated with different dosing systems, including auger, volumetric, weighing and combination weighing fillers.
PITPACK M is an extended version of the basic PITPACK vertical packaging machine. It provides mechanical speed up to 80 cycles per minute, supports larger dosing volume up to 4 liters and is suitable for manufacturers that need higher productivity while keeping a compact VFFS machine layout.
The machine forms packages from roll-fed heat-sealable film, pulls the film through the forming unit, creates longitudinal and cross seals, fills the product through the product tube and separates the finished bag. Depending on the selected configuration, PITPACK M can produce pillow bags, bags with side folds, flat bottom bags and other flexible packaging formats.
PITPACK M works with polyethylene, polypropylene, laminated, barrier and frost-resistant films. The machine can operate with printed packaging film using a photo mark sensing system and can be equipped with additional modules for dusty products, modified atmosphere packaging, impulse sealing, Euro slot punching and static charge control.
The machine is designed for continuous industrial operation and flexible integration into packaging lines for food, grocery, frozen food, chemical and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

PITPACK M is supplied with the main units required for vertical bag forming, film pulling, sealing, printed film control and integration with different dosing systems.
