TITANO Large-Format Vertical Packaging Machine
TITANO is a large-format vertical packaging machine designed for producing big bags and sacks from tubular roll-fed film for food and non-food bulk products.
The machine is suitable for powders, cereals, sugar, salt, dry grocery products, granular materials, industrial bulk products and other products that require large-format packaging up to 50 kg.
The key feature of TITANO is large-format bag production from tubular film. The machine is designed for manufacturers that need industrial packaging for high-weight products, stable sack geometry and reliable operation with thick packaging films.
TITANO uses a three-station operating principle and can produce different bag formats from tubular film reels. The machine supports automatic format changeover through recipes and includes a servo-driven reel change system for more stable operation in industrial packaging environments.
The sack reopening device is equipped with flap cleaning and a suction hood, which is especially important when working with powder and dusty products. Brushless motorization of film pulling and pendulum units helps improve movement accuracy and machine reliability.
TITANO can be supplied in different executions, including INOX, painted carbon steel, IP65 and food-grade versions. The machine can be integrated with dosing systems, feeding conveyors, aspiration, printing, palletizing and downstream packaging equipment for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
