PITPACK M3M Continuous VFFS Packaging Machine
PITPACK M3M Continuous is a high-speed vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for continuous packaging of free-flowing, granulated and small-piece products into flexible bags made from heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for packaging cereals, pasta, bakery products, confectionery, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, vegetables, fruit, frozen products, pet food, household chemicals, building mixtures and other food or non-food products.
The main feature of PITPACK M3M Continuous is its continuous operating principle. This configuration is designed for manufacturers that need high output, stable bag geometry and consistent sealing quality in an industrial VFFS packaging line.
PITPACK M3M Continuous can form more than ten types of flexible packages, including pillow bags, bags with side folds, flat bottom bags and other formats depending on the selected forming set. The machine can work with round and rectangular forming tubes, including configurations for sealed edge packages.
The machine is equipped with servo-driven film pulling, servo-driven longitudinal continuous sealing and a cross sealing unit with package tracking. This helps maintain stable film movement, accurate sealing and repeatable package quality at high production speed.
PITPACK M3M Continuous is designed for continuous industrial operation and integration with dosing systems, feeding conveyors, printers, label applicators, discharge equipment and downstream packaging systems for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
