PITPACK M3M High-Performance VFFS Packaging Machine
PITPACK M3M is a high-performance vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for automated packaging of loose, free-flowing, granulated, small-piece, powdery and frozen products into three-seam bags made from heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for packaging medium and large portions of grains, pasta, frozen vegetables, dumplings, bakery products, confectionery, snacks, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, animal feed, detergents, fertilizers and other food or non-food products. PITPACK M3M can be integrated with different dosing systems, including volumetric, weighing, auger and multihead combination weighers.
PITPACK M3M is designed for manufacturers that need a high-speed VFFS machine for larger bag formats. The machine is equipped with servomotors, automatic film stabilization and a programmable controller with touch screen operation for accurate setup and stable packaging performance.
The machine forms packages from roll-fed heat-sealable film, pulls the film through the forming unit, creates longitudinal and cross seals, fills the product through the forming tube and separates the finished bag. Depending on the production task, the machine can be equipped with a round or rectangular forming tube.
PITPACK M3M supports different package configurations and can be equipped with modules for flat bottom bag forming, sealed edge formation, easy-opening perforation, inert gas injection, dust extraction, static electricity removal and integration with infeed or discharge conveyors.
The machine is suitable for continuous industrial operation and integration into automated packaging lines for food, grocery, frozen food, agricultural, chemical and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
