PITPACK STARK is a high-speed vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for producing a wide range of package formats from roll-fed heat-sealable film, including pillow bags, flat-bottom bags, Doypack-style bags and packages with ZIP closure.
The machine is suitable for cereals, pasta, snacks, bakery products, confectionery, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, frozen products, pet food, household chemicals, construction mixtures, soil, fertilizers and other food or non-food bulk products.
The key feature of PITPACK STARK is packaging flexibility. One machine can be configured to produce up to 18 package types, including Doypack bags, ZIP bags, Open&Reclose packages, flat-bottom bags and four-edge sealed bags.
PITPACK STARK works with different packaging materials, including polyethylene, polypropylene, laminates, barrier films, metallized films, paper-based films and mesh materials. This makes the machine suitable for manufacturers that need both retail-ready package appearance and industrial packaging reliability.
The machine frame is made from stainless steel AISI 304. Main internal elements are made from anodized aluminum alloy, while servo-driven mechanisms provide accurate synchronization of film pulling, transverse sealing and flat-bottom forming.
PITPACK STARK can be integrated with weighing systems, volumetric fillers, feeding conveyors, aspiration systems, gas injection, date coding, ZIP application and downstream packaging equipment for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
