PITPACK 1005 M is a high-performance vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for automated packaging of loose, free-flowing, powdery, granulated, small-piece and frozen products into flexible bags made from heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for packaging grains, salt, sugar, pasta, dry mixes, milk powder, starch, cocoa powder, nuts, seeds, frozen vegetables, dumplings, confectionery products, animal feed, detergents, fertilizers and other food or non-food products. PITPACK 1005 M can be integrated with different dosing systems, including volumetric, weighing, auger and multihead combination weighers.
PITPACK 1005 M is one of the most functional and efficient machines in the PITPACK VFFS range. It supports dose volume up to 8 liters and mechanical speed up to 120 cycles per minute, making it suitable for high-capacity packaging of medium and large portions.
The machine forms bags from roll-fed heat-sealable film, pulls the film through the forming unit, creates longitudinal and cross seals, fills the product through the product tube and separates the finished package. Depending on the configuration, PITPACK 1005 M can produce pillow bags, flat bottom bags, sealed edge bags, brick-type bags and clip bags.
PITPACK 1005 M can be equipped with a round or rectangular product tube. Servo-driven film pulling and cross sealing units, automatic film stabilization and programmable control with touch screen operation help provide accurate package forming and stable sealing at high speed.
The machine is designed for continuous industrial operation and flexible integration into packaging lines for food, grocery, frozen food, agricultural, chemical and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

PITPACK 1005 M can be configured for different package formats, dosing systems, film materials and production requirements. The machine supports both standard pillow bag packaging and more complex bag formats with sealed edges, flat bottom or clipping.
