PITPACK M3MN Inclinable VFFS Packaging Machine
PITPACK M3MN is an inclinable vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for gentle packaging of fragile, frozen, free-flowing, small-piece and non-food products into heat-sealable flexible bags.
The machine is suitable for products that require careful handling during feeding, forming and sealing, including dumplings, frozen semi-finished products, crackers, gingerbread, rusks, chips, vegetables, fruit, detergents, pet products, soil, fertilizers, building mixtures and other food or non-food materials.
The key feature of PITPACK M3MN is the inclinable machine frame with adjustable angle up to 45°. This design reduces product impact during packaging and helps preserve the shape and integrity of fragile, frozen and delicate products.
PITPACK M3MN can form classic three-seam pillow bags, flat bottom bags, stabilo bags and packages with sealed edges. The machine can be equipped with a round or rectangular forming tube depending on the required bag format and product characteristics.
Additional options allow the machine to produce packages with Euro slot, cut-out handle, three-finger handle, ZIP fastener, easy-opening perforation, label application, inert gas injection, aspiration system and excess air removal. This makes the machine suitable for products where shelf appearance, package functionality and product protection are important.
PITPACK M3MN is designed for continuous industrial operation and integration with different dosing systems, conveyors and downstream equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
