PITPACK 1009
The PITPACK 1009 machine is intended for dosing with a high degree of accuracy of flour and a wide range of bulk products in premade paper bags up to 2 kg. A reliable and easy-to-use machine with a closed operating area provides high performance while maintaining the ideal appearance of the product packaging.
The model is fully automated, one person is enough for its operation. The control is carried out using a freely programmable controller, all information and adjustable parameters are output onto the graphical control panel; The software of the machine provides a mode of self-testing and issuing information on the status of the operation of the executive mechanisms, as well as a number of other service functions. The auger doser allows you to dose with a high degree of accuracy difficult-flowing and dusting products.
The machine is equipped with linear electric drives of production SMC (Japan), which provide smoothness at the start and stop of the conveyor, as well as additional positioning accuracy of the cells, which prevents the product from spilling out. The system of product vibrocompaction in the package provides a dense briquette package with the correct shapes. The algorithm used for the two-stage gluing of the upper edge of the package allows achieving the maximum smooth bending of the brim and eliminates the risk of the package deformation.
