PITPACK 1009 Paper Bag Filling Machine for Flour and Powders
PITPACK 1009 is an automatic paper bag filling machine designed for accurate dosing of flour, starch, sugar, cereals and other dusty or free-flowing bulk products into ready-made flat-bottom paper bags up to 2 kg.
The machine is suitable for food and non-food powder products, including flour, starch, powdered sugar, cereals, fine dry mixes, household chemical powders, construction mixtures, soil products and fertilizers.
The key feature of PITPACK 1009 is accurate filling of dusty and difficult-flowing products into premade paper bags with a stable flat bottom. The machine combines auger dosing, bag opening, product filling, vibrocompaction, top forming and two-stage bag sealing in one automated process.
The auger dosing system provides high filling accuracy for products that are difficult to dose due to dust formation, low flowability or fine particle structure. The closed working area helps maintain cleaner operation and protects the packaging process from external contamination.
Linear electric drives ensure smooth conveyor start and stop, accurate positioning of bag cells and reduced product spillage during movement. Vibrocompaction helps form a dense, stable paper bag with correct geometry and a clean retail appearance.
