DESCRIPTION

QUADROPACK is a continuous-motion multi-lane sachet packaging machine designed for high-speed portion filling and sealing of food, cosmetic and chemical products into small sachet packs.

The machine is suitable for powders, granules, liquids, gels, creams, sauces, ketchup, cosmetic products, household chemical products and other portion products that require accurate dosing and stable sealing in compact sachet format.

QUADROPACK is suitable for high-output sachet production. The machine works with a single web roll for all bags, supports 2 to 6 product tubes and can reach up to 750 packs per minute depending on the number of lanes and product type.

The machine uses automatic film tracking and cutting to maintain stable package geometry at high speed. Forming tubes and collars are manufactured according to the customer’s sachet format, product characteristics and packaging material.

QUADROPACK can be equipped with screw, liquid, volumetric or weight-control dosing systems. This allows the machine to be adapted for powder products, granules, liquid products, gels, creams, sauces and other single-dose applications.

The machine is suitable for manufacturers that need a productive multi-lane sachet solution for food, cosmetics, household chemicals and other portion-packed products. QUADROPACK can be used as a standalone machine or integrated with feeding, discharge, coding, counting and downstream packaging equipment.
