Extrusion Machine for Bar Production is an automatic industrial machine designed for continuous forming and cutting of protein bars, fruit bars, nut bars, nougat bars, praline bars, soufflé products and other confectionery or snack bars.
The machine is suitable for viscous, sticky and formable confectionery masses, including protein mixtures, fruit and nut masses, caramel masses, nougat, praline, soufflé, oatmeal dough, choux pastry, candy mass and mixtures containing dried fruits, cereals or muesli.
The key feature of the extrusion machine is continuous bar forming. Product mass is pressed through interchangeable forming nozzles into a continuous profile, and the guillotine cutting unit divides it into bars of the required length.
The extrusion process helps achieve stable product geometry, repeatable bar length and consistent product appearance. The heated nozzle block supports stable mass flow and helps reduce sticking when working with dense, sticky or temperature-sensitive recipes.
Depending on the recipe, formed bars can be transferred for baking, cooling, chocolate enrobing, decorating or final Flow Pack packaging. The machine can also be equipped with a stuffing feeding station for producing filled bar products.
The extrusion machine can be used as a standalone bar forming machine or integrated into complete bar production lines with conveyors, cooling tunnels, chocolate enrobers, decorating modules and Flow Pack packaging machines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
