DESCRIPTION

Extrusion machine is the automatic machine for forming half-finished products to produce a wide range cereal, candy, fruits, proteins and baked bars and other similar confectionaries. There is a possibility to form different in dense, consistency and composition confectionery mass: sweet, sandy and oaten dough, choux pastry, candy and protein mass. It’s possible to form mass with dried fruits, cereals and muesli.

The extrusion machine presses out the confectionary mass through forming nozzles and makes interminable half-finished mass-product (twist), after that necessary length bars are cut. Depending on the recipe bars can be baked, coveredwithicing or packed as a ready product.

It’s possible to feed stuffing inside. For this purpose, the extrusion machine is provided with a stuffing feeding station. Company produces all sets of modules to complete lines for making bars on “turnkey basis”. Design and development of non-typical machine is possible on the customer request.
