DESCRIPTION

PITPACK OP3 is a cookie depositing and wire-cutting machine designed for depositing semi-finished pastry products from shortcrust, soft and liquid dough onto baking trays for further baking in different types of ovens.

The machine is suitable for shortbread cookies, gingerbread, oatmeal cookies, sponge cakes, muffins, kurabie cookies, choux pastry products, two-layer cookies and selected confectionery products made from soft, liquid or shortcrust dough.

The key feature of PITPACK OP3 is the combination of depositing and wire cutting in one compact machine. Depending on the dough type and product format, the operator can change roller dosing units, nozzles and cutting tools.

PITPACK OP3 supports two main operating modes: depositing with separation and wire cutting. This allows manufacturers to produce a wide range of cookies and pastry blanks with stable shape, repeatable portion size and accurate placement on trays.

The built-in control system allows the operator to store and use up to 90 confectionery recipes. Product parameters are entered from the touch display, which simplifies changeover between different dough types and product formats.

PITPACK OP3 can be used as a standalone cookie depositing machine or integrated with tray handling, baking, cooling, decorating and downstream packaging equipment for confectionery and bakery manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
