PITPACK OP2 Universal Cookie and Marshmallow Depositing Machine
PITPACK OP2 is a universal cookie and confectionery depositing machine designed for dosing and forming pastry blanks of different shapes and sizes from viscous and semi-viscous product masses, with or without filling.
The machine is suitable for cookies, gingerbread, sponge cakes, muffins, choux pastry products, marshmallow, zephyr, two-color cookies, filled pastry products and other confectionery products made from soft, shortcrust, choux, gingerbread, sponge or similar dough types.
The key feature of PITPACK OP2 is its universal configuration. The machine can be equipped with different roller dosing units, nozzle blocks, string cutting, diaphragm cutting and filling systems for a wide range of confectionery products.
PITPACK OP2 can deposit products with filling inside or on the surface. For two-color products, the machine can be equipped with a double hopper with two pairs of rollers and replaceable nozzles, allowing production of multi-component and complex-shape confectionery items.
For marshmallow and zephyr production, the machine can be equipped with a heated hopper that maintains the required temperature of the product mass during depositing. A wide selection of forming nozzles makes it possible to produce round, square, triangular and other product shapes.
PITPACK OP2 is controlled by a built-in microcomputer with programmable recipes. It can be used as a standalone depositing machine or integrated with tray handling, baking, cooling, decorating and downstream packaging equipment for confectionery and bakery manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
