RFM CrispyLine Cereal and Protein Bar Forming Machine
RFM CrispyLine is an industrial rotary forming machine designed for the production of cereal bars, protein bars, muesli bars, multigrain snack bars and functional snack products made from free-flowing mixtures with syrup binding.
The machine is suitable for puffed rice, cereal flakes, nuts, dried fruit, seeds, protein crisps, extrudates and mixed grain compositions. Product mass can be loaded manually or automatically, depending on the configuration of the production line.
The key feature of RFM CrispyLine is scrap-free bar forming. The product is formed in individual cavities, which helps preserve internal structure, reduce product loss and achieve stable geometry and repeatable weight of each bar.
RFM CrispyLine forms bars without trimming and without damaging the product structure. Individual forming cavities can be manufactured according to the required bar shape and size, which is important for cereal bars, protein snacks and multi-component recipes.
The operator can quickly change recipes and operating parameters from the control panel. The machine can be integrated with downstream equipment such as cooling tunnels, chocolate enrobing machines, decorating systems, conveyors and Flow Pack packaging machines.
RFM CrispyLine is suitable for industrial confectionery and snack production where stable bar shape, accurate portion forming, flexible recipe changeover and continuous operation are required for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
