DESCRIPTION

RFM CrispyLine is an industrial forming machine designed for the production of cereal bars and multigrain snack products from free-flowing mixes with syrup binding.

The machine works with a wide range of ingredients, including puffed rice, cereal flakes, nuts, dried fruits, seeds and mixed grain compositions. The product mass can be fed manually or automatically, depending on the configuration of the production line.

Forming is performed without scrap and without damaging the internal structure of the product. Individual forming cavities ensure precise geometry and stable weight of each bar, even when working with complex multi-component recipes.

RFM CrispyLine supports quick recipe changeover via the operator control panel and provides automatic product transfer to downstream equipment such as cooling tunnels, enrobing machines or packaging systems.

The machine is engineered for reliable continuous operation, easy maintenance and flexible production of cereal and multigrain snack products in industrial environments.
