DESCRIPTION

PITPACK OP1 is an industrial cookie depositing and gingerbread forming machine designed for dosing and forming pastry blanks with or without filling directly onto an oven conveyor belt.

The machine is suitable for gingerbread products, filled gingerbread, oatmeal cookies and other pastry products made from soft, semi-choux, raw gingerbread and similar dough types.

The key feature of PITPACK OP1 is its integration into continuous baking lines. The machine forms pastry blanks directly on the oven conveyor belt and is suitable for large-scale production of gingerbread, cookies and filled confectionery products.

PITPACK OP1 is available in several versions according to oven conveyor width: 1000, 900, 680 and 600 mm. This allows the machine to be adapted to existing production lines and different baking conveyor configurations.

The machine can be supplied with string cutting, diaphragm cutting with filling injection, or as a universal version that can be readjusted for different product types. For filled products, PITPACK OP1 is equipped with a separate stuffing feeding station that can be installed in a convenient operating position.

The built-in microcomputer allows the operator to adjust the depositing process using continuous roller rotation, interrupted rotation and interrupted reverse rotation modes. PITPACK OP1 can be used as part of industrial confectionery and bakery lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
