Depositing machine PITPACK OP1 is designed for depositing of various half-finished pastries with/without filling onto a baking tray with its further baking. Dough to be handled: choux paste, spice and other kinds of soft dough.
PITPACK OP1 is right for large manufacturing plants engaged in mass production of various products. The machine is built into processing line with baking conveyor and has modification depending on baking tray width – 1000, 900, 680, 600 mm. At that shaped dough is deposited onto conveyor belt. Different types of PITPACK OP1 are produced: with string or diaphragm cutting and it is equipped with a stuffing feeding station which feeds filling inside products; as well as this machine can be universal readjusted.
Machines are equipped with a stuffing feeding station. The feeder is installed separately in the position convenient for operation. The machine is controlled by built-in microcomputer that allows to change depositing process using the rollers continuous rotation mode, interrupted rotation mode and interrupted reverse rotation mode.
