DESCRIPTION

PITPACK OP MINI is a compact cookie depositing and wire-cutting machine designed for forming pastry blanks from soft, liquid and shortcrust dough with subsequent baking in different types of ovens.

The machine is suitable for cookies, shortbread products, meringue, marshmallow, soft dough products, liquid dough products and other confectionery blanks produced on baking trays.

The key feature of PITPACK OP MINI is its compact format. The machine is suitable for small bakeries, confectionery workshops and pilot production where flexible depositing, wire cutting and quick changeover between recipes are required.

PITPACK OP MINI can operate in several modes: wire cutting, depositing with separation and flat form filling. This allows manufacturers to produce different confectionery products using one compact machine platform.

The base module supports replacement of roller dosing units for different dough types. The machine can also be equipped with a rotary nozzle block, which expands the range of product shapes and depositing patterns.

PITPACK OP MINI can be used as a standalone compact confectionery depositing machine or integrated with tray handling, baking, cooling, decorating and downstream packaging equipment for bakeries and confectionery manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
