DESCRIPTION

PITPACK OP4 is a universal confectionery depositing machine designed for dosing and forming pastry blanks of different shapes and sizes from viscous and semi-viscous confectionery masses, with or without filling.

The machine is suitable for cookies, gingerbread, sponge cakes, muffins, choux pastry products, marshmallow, zephyr, pastila, two-color cookies, filled pastry products and other confectionery products made from soft, shortcrust, choux, gingerbread, sponge or similar dough types.

The key feature of PITPACK OP4 is its extended universal configuration. The machine can work with several dosing systems, rotary nozzles, string cutting, diaphragm cutting, filling supply and two-color product forming.

PITPACK OP4 can produce products with filling inside or on the surface. Due to independent drives for two roller dosing sections, the machine can form homogeneous products, two-color products and combined products made from dough and filling.

A wide selection of nozzles and matrices allows the machine to form round, square, triangular, dome-shaped and other product geometries. For marshmallow and zephyr production, the machine can be equipped with a heated hopper with temperature control.

PITPACK OP4 can be used as a standalone confectionery depositing machine or integrated with tray feeding, baking, cooling, decorating and downstream packaging equipment for confectionery and bakery manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
