DESCRIPTION

RFKM SoftBar is an industrial rotary forming machine designed for producing soft bars, candies and flat-bottom confectionery blanks from plastic and semi-plastic product masses.

The machine is suitable for marzipan, date paste, dried apricot and prune masses, hematogen, protein mixtures, coconut mixtures, fruit mixtures, nut-based mixtures and other sticky, homogeneous and formable confectionery products.

The key feature of RFKM SoftBar is scrap-free rotary forming. The product mass is pressed into individual forming cavities, which helps reduce raw material loss, preserve product structure and achieve stable geometry of each bar or candy blank.

Prepared product mass is loaded into the hopper manually or automatically by a conveyor or lifting-tipping system. Pressing rollers evenly feed the mass into the cavities of the forming drum, where each product is shaped according to the required geometry.

Forming cavities are manufactured individually according to the required product shape and size. This allows the machine to produce a wide range of soft bars, protein bars, fruit bars, coconut bars, nut bars, marzipan candies and other molded confectionery products on one platform.

RFKM SoftBar can be used as a standalone confectionery forming machine or integrated with conveyors, cooling tunnels, sprinkling modules, rounding units, chocolate enrobing machines and Flow Pack packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
