AMATA KATE-210-R30 Multihead Weigher for Fragile Products
AMATA KATE-210-R30 is a two-level 10-head radial multihead weigher designed for accurate combination dosing of small, medium and large-sized relatively fragile products.
The weigher is suitable for biscuits, crisps, cakes, meringues, marshmallows, chocolate-coated marshmallows, candies, croissants, waffles, crackers, crispbread and other fragile products that require gentle handling during dosing.
The key feature of AMATA KATE-210-R30 is the use of product chutes positioned at an angle of up to 30° to the horizon. The flatter chute angle helps reduce the product falling height and outlet speed, providing more careful handling of fragile products.
The combination weighing principle allows the system to select the most accurate dose from several weighing pockets while maintaining stable production speed. This helps achieve dosing accuracy without excessive mechanical impact on the product.
Product-contact parts are made of polished stainless steel. For difficult-to-slide products, the product path surfaces can be coated with an anti-adhesion layer to improve product movement and reduce sticking.
AMATA KATE-210-R30 can be used as a standalone dosing unit or integrated with VFFS packaging machines, filling systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines supplied by SIGITASPAK for food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
