AMATA KATE-210-FR Multihead Weigher for Fine-Fraction Products
AMATA KATE-210-FR is a special two-level 10-head radial multihead weigher designed for accurate combination dosing of fine-fraction products.
The weigher is suitable for sugar, salt, small grains, fine cereals, seeds and other small-fraction free-flowing products that require accurate dosing and controlled product distribution before packaging.
The key feature of AMATA KATE-210-FR is the use of deep radial feeders that help prevent fine product fractions from spilling during dosing. The enlarged receiving funnel with distributing channels helps move and distribute the product evenly across the feeders.
The combination weighing principle allows the system to select the most accurate dose from several weighing pockets while maintaining stable production speed. This helps achieve high dosing accuracy for products with small particle size.
The receiving funnel, radial feeders, accumulating baskets, weighing baskets and discharge chutes have a removable design for easier cleaning, maintenance and product changeover.
AMATA KATE-210-FR can be used as a standalone dosing unit or integrated with VFFS packaging machines, filling systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines supplied by SIGITASPAK for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
