AMATA KATE-214-R 14-Head Radial Multihead Weigher
AMATA KATE-214-R is a 14-head radial multihead weigher designed for accurate combination dosing of free-flowing, granular, frozen, small-piece and selected non-food products.
The weigher is suitable for pasta, grains, cereals, sugar, frozen dumplings, frozen ready-to-cook products, cookies, candies, rusks, bagels, hardware, bath salts, fittings and other products that require stable portioning before packaging.
AMATA KATE-214-R uses the combination weighing principle with 14 weighing pockets. This configuration increases the number of available weight combinations and helps maintain high dosing accuracy at production speeds up to 120 cycles per minute.
Product-contact parts are made of stainless steel. For frozen products, corrugated stainless steel can be used, while difficult-to-slide products can be handled with an anti-adhesion coating on the product path.
The removable construction of the receiving funnel, radial feeders, accumulating bins, weighing bins and discharge slopes simplifies cleaning, service and product changeover during daily operation.
AMATA KATE-214-R can operate as a standalone dosing unit or be integrated with VFFS packaging machines, filling systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines supplied by SIGITASPAK for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
