AMATA KATE-210-BR Multihead Weigher for Long Thin Products
AMATA KATE-210-BR is a two-level 10-head radial multihead weigher designed for accurate combination dosing of long and thin products up to 180 mm in length.
The weigher is suitable for bread sticks, grissini, cheese sticks, fish sticks, spaghetti, asparagus, cinnamon sticks, wafer rolls, candy sticks, pet treats, straws, pencils, markers, tubes and other elongated products that require controlled orientation during dosing.
AMATA KATE-210-BR is equipped with special product-orienting elements that guide long and thin products through the product path in a controlled position. This helps maintain dosing accuracy and reduces the risk of product jamming or incorrect discharge.
The combination weighing principle allows the system to select the most accurate dose from several weighing pockets while keeping stable production speed. This makes the weigher suitable for industrial packaging lines where both accuracy and product handling are important.
Product-contact parts are made of polished stainless steel. The removable construction of the receiving funnel, radial feeders, accumulating bins, weighing bins and discharge slopes simplifies cleaning, maintenance and product changeover.
AMATA KATE-210-BR can be integrated with vertical packaging machines, flow wrapping lines, filling systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines supplied by SIGITASPAK for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
