AMATA KATE-210-R 10-Head Radial Multihead Weigher
AMATA KATE-210-R is a 10-head radial multihead weigher designed for accurate combination dosing of free-flowing, small-piece, granular, frozen and selected non-food products.
The weigher is suitable for grains, cereals, pasta, sugar, nuts, candies, snacks, cookies, gingerbread, breakfast products, frozen dumplings, frozen vegetables, detergents, hardware and other products that require stable portioning before packaging.
AMATA KATE-210-R uses the combination weighing principle to select the optimal dose from several weighing pockets. This helps achieve high dosing accuracy while maintaining efficient production speed.
The product-contact parts are made of stainless steel. For frozen products, corrugated stainless steel can be used, while difficult-to-slide products can be handled with anti-adhesion coating on the product path.
The removable construction of the receiving funnel, radial feeders, accumulating bins, weighing bins and discharge slopes simplifies cleaning, maintenance and product changeover in daily production.
AMATA KATE-210-R can operate as a standalone dosing unit or be integrated with VFFS packaging machines, filling systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines supplied by SIGITASPAK for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
