MAYA ECO Compact VFFS Packaging Machine
MAYA ECO is a compact vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for packing bulk, free-flowing, granular, frozen, bakery, snack and non-food products into heat-sealed bags.
The machine is suitable for cereals, pasta, chips, bread products, crispbread, marshmallow, cookies, sugar, salt, pet food, frozen mushrooms, frozen vegetables, frozen semi-finished products, fertilizers, soil, household chemical products and other bulk or piece products.
The key feature of MAYA ECO is the combination of compact dimensions, stainless steel AISI 304 execution and high packaging performance. The machine is suitable for manufacturers that need a reliable VFFS solution for different product groups and bag formats.
MAYA ECO forms bags from roll-fed heat-sealable film, doses the product, seals the vertical and horizontal seams and cuts the finished package. The machine can be configured for flat bottom bags, bags with sealed edges and other packaging formats depending on the selected options.
The machine is supplied with a stainless steel AISI 304 structure, compact design with integrated electrical cabinet, driven sealing jaws and a color touch screen operator panel. The forming tube can be replaced quickly, which simplifies changeover between package sizes.
MAYA ECO can be used as a standalone compact VFFS machine or integrated with weighing, volumetric, counting or auger dosing systems, feeding conveyors, date coding, gas injection, dust extraction and secondary packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
