ECOSPEEDY 3C VFFS Machine for Flat Bottom Bags with Cardboard Sleeve
ECOSPEEDY 3C is a special vertical form-fill-seal machine designed for producing flat bottom and stabilo bags with an additional cardboard sleeve or cardboard strap around the package.
The machine forms the bag from roll-fed heat-sealable film, fills it with product and applies a cardboard element that wraps around the package. This solution helps create a premium retail appearance while keeping the film structure simpler and reducing dependence on fully printed packaging film.
ECOSPEEDY 3C is especially relevant for products where shelf presentation is important: rusks, dried products, biscuits, crackers, snacks, confectionery items, nuts, dried fruits and other small-piece or free-flowing products packed in premium flat bottom formats.
The cardboard sleeve can carry branding, product information and visual design, while the bag itself provides sealing, protection and product containment. This makes the machine suitable for manufacturers who want to combine practical VFFS packaging with a distinctive shelf-ready presentation.
The machine is built on a stainless steel AISI 304 structure and is designed for quick size changeover of bags and cardboard sleeves, making it suitable for production environments with several SKUs and premium packaging formats.
