MAYA ECO INCLINED is an inclined vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for packing fragile, delicate and bulk products into pillow bags and flat bottom bags.
The machine is suitable for cookies, glazed gingerbread, wafers, chips, crackers, nuts, dried fruits, coffee, tea, frozen mushrooms, frozen vegetables, frozen meat semi-finished products and other products that require careful handling during vertical packaging.
The key feature of MAYA ECO INCLINED is its inclined configuration for delicate and fragile products. The machine reduces product drop impact during filling while keeping high packaging performance, wide format flexibility and compact VFFS machine design.
MAYA ECO INCLINED forms bags from roll-fed heat-sealable film, doses the product, seals the vertical and horizontal seams and cuts the finished package. The machine can be configured for pillow bags, flat bottom bags and other package formats depending on the selected options.
The machine is built with stainless steel AISI 304 structure, an integrated electrical cabinet, Siemens PLC control system, 7-inch color touch screen interface and driven sealing jaws. It can work with different dosing systems depending on product type.
MAYA ECO INCLINED can be used as a standalone VFFS packaging machine or integrated with weighing, volumetric, counting or auger dosing systems, feeding conveyors, discharge conveyors, printers, gas injection and secondary packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
